RETURN POLICY

RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

You can request a return within 15 days of receiving your order.

For a return to be accepted, the product must be unused, unworn, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase or order information must also be provided.

To initiate a return, please contact us at support@aroe.store. Once your request is approved, you will be informed of the return process and shipping details.

Products sent without prior return request initiation will not be accepted.

Return shipping costs are covered by Aroe.

If you notice any damage, manufacturing defect, or incorrect product upon receiving your order, please contact us immediately. We will assess the issue and provide a solution as soon as possible.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

Some products may not be eligible for return. These include:

  • Personalized products,

  • Special order/pre-order products,

  • Products that are not suitable for resale due to hygiene reasons,

  • Gift cards

EXCHANGES

Exchanges can be made as long as the product price is the same.

If you wish to exchange for a different product, you may need to initiate a return for your current product first, and then place a new order.

PRE-ORDER AND LIMITED EDITION PRODUCTS

Some products are offered for sale through a pre-order system. Delivery times for these products may vary depending on production and logistics processes.

By placing an order, you are deemed to have accepted this process.

Aroe products are prepared with a limited production philosophy. Some products that are sold out may not be restocked.

REFUNDS

Once the returned product is received and inspected by us, you will be notified of the approval status of your refund.

Approved refunds are sent back to your original payment method within a maximum of 7 business days.

It may take additional time for the payment to reflect in your account, depending on your bank's or credit card provider's processing time.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Aroe ships internationally.

Customs duties, import fees, or local additional charges that may arise in international orders are the responsibility of the recipient.
