RETURN POLICY

We have a 15-day return policy: this means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.


To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the condition you received it, unworn or unused, with tags and in its original packaging. You will also need a receipt or proof of purchase.


You can contact us at support@aroe.store to initiate a return. If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to ship your package. Items returned to us without a return request will not be accepted.

Damages and problems

Please check your order upon receipt and if the item is defective, damaged, or received the wrong item, contact us immediately so we can evaluate and correct the problem.



Exceptions / non-refundable items

Certain types of items are non-refundable, such as perishable items (like food, flowers, or herbs), specialty items (like special orders or personalized items), and personal care items (like beauty items). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your custom item.


Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on discounted items or gift cards.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return your current item and make a separate purchase for the new item once the return has been accepted.



Refunds

After we receive and review your return, we will notify you and let you know if the refund has been approved. If approved, a refund will be issued automatically to your original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and send the refund as well.
